Born in 1982, Sandy Duperval is passionated when it comes to music. She started singing at 3 years old. That same year she appeared on TV in a show called Passe-Partout through kindergarten. Since then she's been singing in churches across Quebec and New-york cities.

At age 12, she entered her first contest, she won and got to fullfill one of her dreams at that time... Walt Disney. That very same year her grandmother who knew there was something special about Sandy, decided to make a demo album called El shaddaï, around 10 000 copies were sold around the province of Quebec and the United States. It gave her a chance to gain a lot of experience and mostly make a name for herself.

At age 14, she was signed by DJ records with the one and only Diane Johnson, she was coached by Cissy Houston (Whitney Houston's mother), she also worked with Ali Houdson former member of the temptations, also with the Hitmakers and others. A project that unfortunately didn't go through.

She knew her life was all about music so she studied singing at the the Jam vocal School for about 8 years before entering Jazz vocals in Sherbrooke College. In 2004, she entered a contest called Star Academie in Quebec city. For those who don't know Star Academie, it's also known as The One in U.S.A. She was one the top finalist. She went through ups and downs in her life but one word defines her, UNSTOPPABLE. That very same year she was the member of A TRIBUTE TO SOUL LEGENDS a show of 8 singers and full band that took place in beautiful city of Munich, in Germany.

This incredible experience made her understand the importance of working with grounded and passionate people. She worked with incredible producer’s to name a few, B. Darius for B. Darius entertainment (the refugee camp, The Fugees, Akon, etc) and Stan Courtois for DEF2DEF France (Adventura, Tragédie, etc). She also toured with DJ Bacho, Studio 54’s legendary DJ, in Monaco, Aix-en-Provence, Avignon, Montpellier, Marseille, Lyon. Surrounded by a great team today, she's currently finishing her debut album. You will find the true colors of this superb and unique vocalist songwriter DJ producer and model to name a few of the things she does.

It started as an hobby then became a job and today a part of her passion. From Sherbrooke to Montreal. Sandy has fired up a few clubs, not only because she’s a female DJ but mostly for doin’ it…doin’ it… and doin’ it well. Presently releasing her first mixtape, HYPE vol.1 , she’s working on the next ones to come.
